A lot of people that book our houses are coming to spend time with people they may not see very often. Since a lot of people gather around dining room tables and cook for one another, its important to provide them with the necessary tools to do that
Do you know any families who take their kids on vacations with them and they want to ensure they don’t upset the apple cart and give their kids a few comforts of home so there aren’t as many meltdowns? Well what happens if you don’t provide the sheet pan or the air fryer to cook the chicken nuggets for their youngest because he will ONLY eat chicken nuggets? We are in the hospitality business and making those parents jobs easier will get you better reviews
Who wants to go out to buy a spatula, can opener, cutting board and sheet pan for a house they are staying in for 5 days? No one. Worse yet, who wants to have to pack these items to go in their suit case that goes on the plane? No one.
If your guests are in town for a funeral, do you think they are going to bother asking what items they might need to cook meals with the family they are staying with? Better to just provide the appropriate items
People are on vacation at your house to have a good time or to spend time with family and friends. The better we stock our homes, the better reviews we get and the less friction there is. We want to GET 5 star reviews, so it is important that we give a 5 star stay.
