Online Travel Agencies (OTA)

    Pricelabs has really great data for daily rates as well as when you are researching neighborhoods and markets for a new property.

Property Management Software (PMS)

  • Breezeway

    We utilize Breezeway for cleaning + maintenance checklists. Our cleaners sign in to an app for a checklist and spot to house pictures on every turn over. They also add comments when things are broken or need extra attention.

Locks & Security

    We use a Wifi enable smart lock at every house.

  • Remotelock

    Now that you have a smart lock, make it really easy and attach it to a system. We prefer RemoteLock. It integrates with Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable and a lot of other PMS softwares so your calendar connects to the lock and creates guest access for every single guest.

Insurance & Damage Waiver

Proper is the most popular STR insurance policy group. We use a Travelers policy from an insurance broker. Whatever policy you get, make sure it covers lost revenue if something happens to the house.

We also utilize Safely for a damage waiver (Aircover is NOT insurance, do not treat it so). Waivo + Safely are additional companies that provide coverage for each stay. Towel, lamp, couch, sheets get ruined? No problem, use this kind of program instead of getting $$ from the guest. We pass the fee along to guests for each stay so they are covered!
