Breaking Through Stories: Integrity, Coaching, and Big Goals for 2025

Happy Tuesday! I have a whirlwind of a weekend spent in a Landmark Advanced training. This weekend I learned so much. A couple highlights were how some of my actions as an adult are being controlled by 14-year-old Tanya (WHAT), how we can truly create whatever we want and not let the stories in our head or the emotions in our mind or body dictate our actions, and then lots of stuff surrounding Integrity in everyday life. I had such a mind-blowing weekend realizing some of the stories that stop me from reaching my potential. The commitments I don't make or the commitments I make but do not keep and how that affects my life and the lives around me. So many good things I can't stand it! Today's podcast is covering the topic of Integrity. FULL DISCLOSURE, I had no podcast ready for today. I did not do the appropriate prep work to have someone scheduled, and I did not put in enough effort to find someone to record last minute, SO I hopped on to authentically share that specific thing, and then I talked about Integrity. I am determined to get better at podcasting and to not use my podcast as a place to jump on and ramble. I want to work on having a better structure and be more succinct when I do solo shows. I also want to tighten up the time on all the episodes, so feel free to look out for that this year!

I also decided to commit to coaching people this year. I am seriously excited to start that journey and figure out how I can help more people and spend more time digging into what my people are STUCK on and how I can get them out of it. I am REALLY excited to finally commit to this goal. I have wanted to coach people for a really long time but was stuck in my head about the time commitment of it, being the bottleneck if I wanted to grow, not being good enough to coach, and not knowing enough to be able to help people. I am standing for myself this year and saying I am ready!!
